The direction of development and implementation of effective digital information technologies in measuring procedures is considered. The problems of measuring the amplitude of the discrete harmonic signal, set at the final interval, by the method of discrete transformation of Fourier are investigated. To solve the problems of measuring the amplitude of a discrete harmonic signal by the method of discrete transformation of Fourier, it is proposed to use the generalization of Furier's discrete transformation - the parametric discrete transformation of Fourier. The theoretical basis for measuring the amplitude of the discrete harmonic signal based on Furier's parametric discrete transformation has been developed. The reasons for the non-invariance of the energy spectrum of the discrete harmonic signal, set at the final interval, in the basis of Fourier's parametric discrete transformation were investigated. The method of assessing the errors of measuring the amplitude of the harmonic signal, set at the final interval, by the method of parametric discrete transformation of Fourier, has been proposed. Experimental testing of the theoretical results obtained in the work by numerical modeling has been carried out.
