Sau một thời gian thực hiện hợp đồng đại lý bán vé
có đại lý đề nghị giải thích rõ hơn về vé tặng khách hàng và đại lý được hưởng như thế nào, tôi xin giải thích rõ như sau:
Thỏa thuận hợp đồng đại lý hiện hành quy định:
- Cứ mua 3 vé thì end user (khách hàng mau vé) được tặng 1 vé tặng.
- Cứ bán được 5 vé thì đại lý được tặng một vé tặng để phục vụ công tác marketing, chăm sóc khách hàng.
Lưu ý rõ là:
1- Vé bonus này là VÉ MỜI (đã in rõ trên vé) chứ không phải là GIẤY VÀO CỔNG hoặc GIFT VOUCHER vì vậy đại lý tuyệt đối không được bán VÉ MỜI này để lấy doanh thu.
2- Vé bonus cho đại lý là VÉ MỜI không phải GIẤY VÀO CỔNG hoặc GIFT VOUCHER vì vậy Đại lý không được chuyển từ VÉ MỜI qua GIFT VOUCHER hoặc GIẤY VÀO CỔNG. Đại lý không được quyết toán vé bonus bằng GIFT VOUCHER/GIẤY VÀO CỔNG.
3- Việc bán VÉ MỜI lấy doanh thu là hành vi vi phạm hợp đồng đại lý và tạo ra phản ứng tiêu cực của khách hàng khi thấy mình phải bỏ tiền ra mua VÉ MỜI, có thể tạo dư luận không tốt trên phương tiện tin đại chúng và tạo cớ cho cơ quan nhà nước vào kiểm tra gây ảnh hưởng hoạt động của Polar.
