- Đối với các thiết bị quan trắc khí thải tự động, liên tục phục vụ Lò cao số 1 vào vận hành tại mục 1.2 nêu trên, FHS cam kết lắp đặt bổ sung với 08 thông số (Lưu lượng, nhiệt độ, áp suất, O2, bụi, SO2, NOx và CO) trong khí thải của các nhà máy trước ngày 31 tháng 3 năm 2017.
- Đối với 03 thiết bị xử lý khí thải của 01 ống khói của Xưởng thiêu kết số 1; 01 ống khói của Lò cao số 2 và 01 ống khói Lò vôi số 2; 03 thiết bị quan trắc khí thải tự động, liên tục (01 ống khói chung của Lò luyện cốc số 3 và 4 thiếu 05 thông số và 02 thiết bị của Lò vôi số 2 và Xưởng cán dây tốc độ cao, FHS đã đặt mua thiết bị của Đức đạt tiêu chuẩn EU và Mỹ và sẽ hoàn thành trước khi Lò cao số 2 vào vận hành. Riêng 03 ống khói Lò chuyển của Xưởng luyện thép, sử dụng để đốt phóng không khí CO và O2 (khi CO < 35% hoặc O2>2%), FHS cũng như các nhà máy thép khác trên thế giới không phải lắp đặt.
